Backstory:

Twenty nine years ago, Lee Ann sold us our home in Lewes. She represented the seller and we first met her at the settlement table. She was very professional and thorough, making our purchase a pleasure.

About a year ago, I decided to sell a piece of land in Milton, DE. Owing to my first experience with her, Lee Ann was my obvious choice of agent. I chose well: she made everything very smooth. I got an offer within a month and after some negotiation, we settled without a hitch. Impeccable professionalism from Lee Ann and her team, again.

This past December:

Tragically, my wife had recently died. I was feeling anxious to make some big changes, including leaving the house and town we’d shared for so long. I contacted Lee Ann. We worked out a selling price and I decided to move forward using her as the exclusive agent.

She was receptive to my needs, offering insightful suggestions without pushing me to make any changes or concessions that I wasn’t comfortable with. She cared about me and my home, representing it in its best, honest light. Her commission options felt quite fair to me as the seller.
