Pilot Point Community is located in Lewes, Delaware just off Cape Henlopen Drive. It is one of only two communities of townhomes sitting directly on the Lewes Beach (Port Lewes is the other community and it sits directly adjacent to Pilot Point).
Pilot Point Townhomes are multi-level townhouses with 3-4 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All have decks and most have at least partial views of the Delaware Bay.
Pilot Point Community is situated adjacent to the Cape May-Lewes Ferry and the Public Pier at the ferry terminal where the Kalmar Nyckel, Delaware's only Tall Ship, often anchors in the summer. The Kalmar Nyckel serves as Delaware's sea-going Ambassador of Good Will and represents Delaware at festivals from Virginia to Massachusetts.
