Will Makowski joined the team officially in 2020 but has been a longtime member of The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group family. Will grew up in-town Lewes in a real estate/builder family himself, and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and University of Delaware’s Business Program. He earned his real estate license in 2013 and began his career in the Bethany area. Since then Will has sold nearly $100M in real estate throughout the area and prides himself on knowing the market and new communities. This experience, along with his extensive familiarity with Lewes and all of the beaches in between, gives Will's clients a great local resource for their Coastal Delaware real estate search.
