A Sussex County native, Theresa joined our team in 2015 with a diversified real estate background. In 2000, she started her career in real estate sales, primarily for new construction, in the southern beach towns of Fenwick, Selbyville and Ocean View. Theresa rejoined the real estate world as a Rental Administrator in the busy Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty rental department and then "settled into" a perfect fit as Settlement Coordinator for The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. She loves spending time with her husband and three, adorable sons. We are fortunate she balances this time with The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group to share her stellar organizational skills, personal commitment to excellent customer service, and all-around approachable personality to facilitate a sometimes complex time for clients.
