Elaine DeMaira joined The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2019 as a Settlement Coordinator responsible for the contract-to-closing process for the team. As a result of a successful 20-year career in corporate systems for an international marketing company, Elaine is an expert in process management, quality assurance, and the use of technology to enhance business processes and customer experiences. In the 15 years that Elaine has lived at the beach, she has bought and sold several homes. She applies her extensive corporate background, attention to detail, and client service skills to assist buyers and sellers in the settlement process. In 2020, Elaine earned her REALTOR® license and designation to provide her signature extra level of service to colleagues and clients.
