David Plivilech joined the team in 2016 and has several years' experience as a local REALTOR. David embarked on his real estate voyage after a 30+ year career as a store manager for Safeway, Inc., in the Virginia, Maryland and Delaware areas. Excited to have launched a second career in real estate, David builds upon his love of working in customer service and meeting new clients by striving to help them achieve their goals of home ownership. He loves matching clients with new homes, and he and his family have lived in historic homes both in Baltimore and here in Lewes. Having grown up in an Air Force family, David is highly familiar with moving and the joys of finding the right home! He and his wife, Robin, have two sons; one owns local company Plivelich Lawn and Landscaping, Inc., and the other graduated from Virginia Tech. David quickly became an active part of the Lewes and Delaware beach community with support of charitable causes, including breast cancer and prostate cancer research and Habitat for Humanity.
