Chris Holt joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson group team in January 2012 as a listing and buyer’s agent and the chief operating officer for the Group. Chris became a full-time resident of Lewes in 2011 after living both here and in Washington, DC. since 2002. Prior to joining the team, he was a partner and principal of a public affairs and communications firm with offices in Phoenix and Washington, DC. In those cities, as well as Kansas City, MO and Des Moines, IA, Chris renovated and developed numerous residential and commercial properties with a special interest in restoring historically significant homes.
