Covey Creek is a small community of single family homes, east of Route One. Located just off Savannah Road, enter Covey Creek via Dove Drive on your left, a few blocks past the Village of Five Points. Streets in Covey Creek include Mallard Drive, Dove Drive, Pheasant Drive, Quail Trail, and Rabbit Run. The community is biking distance to the shops and restaurants of Lewes.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about working with this group--Dane Baich specifically. We met him five years ago when looking for a condo in Rehoboth and though that ended up not coming to fruition, we knew we wanted to use him again when looking for a beach house. Dane is a true professional-always on time, always prepared, and knows the coastal Delaware real estate market like the back of his hand. Being from out of town, we felt like we were in such good hands throughout the entire process. The coolest thing about Dane is that he's easy to work with--he gave his honest opinion when asked (and in our experience it was on target) and let us come to our own conclusions when that was what needed to be done. I'd recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor.
