Chris Holt, REALTOR®, COO

Chris Holt joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson group team in January 2012 as a listing and buyer’s agent and the chief operating officer for the Group. Chris became a full-time resident of Lewes in 2011 after living both here and in Washington, DC. since 2002. Prior to joining the team, he was a partner and principal of a public affairs and communications firm with offices in Phoenix and Washington, DC. In those cities, as well as Kansas City, MO and Des Moines, IA, Chris renovated and developed numerous residential and commercial properties with a special interest in restoring historically significant homes. Chris is eager to apply his extensive business background, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service skills in his efforts to provide his clients - whether they are buying or selling - with every possible advantage in today's market.

Sharon Adams, REALTOR®, Listing Manager

Sharon joined the team with an extensive career in radio and digital sales, as well as experience in the financial services industry with a focus on personal loans and mortgages. She earned repeated accolades for her success as a media consultant, including "Sales Person of the Year" and top radio industry recognition from Radio Ink. Sharon's commitment to client success and problem-solving abilities translate perfectly to the real estate world. She credits her organizational skills and desire to achieve beyond client expectations as her strongest character traits. At The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group, Sharon's focus is making sure every home listed receives proactive attention to facilitate a successful sale for everyone involved. She has lived in Delaware since 1975 after growing up a "military brat" around the world in Germany, California, and Guam. She moved to the beach in 2012 and enjoys time with her family: her married children, their spouses, and three grandchildren. When she's not at work, Sharon loves traveling, exercising, running, and taking in our beautiful local sunrises. 

Dane Baich, REALTOR®, Buyer's Agent

Born in Wilmington, Dane Baich moved to Lewes while in his teens and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. After attending The University of Delaware, he joined the company as a real estate sales associate at the Lewes office. He has worked as the contact agent in a local 55+ community and understands the retiree perspective, as well as interests of buyers relocating to or within the Delaware Beach communities. Baich is extremely knowledgeable about the Lewes area and has quickly gained a reputation as an honest and hardworking buyer's agent.

Thomas Bilinski, REALTOR®, Listing Specialist

Thomas got an early jump on real estate, interning with The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group while earning his International Baccalaureate certificates and diploma from Sussex Central High School. Even earlier, Thomas spent free time on weekends touring open houses while moving with his family 8 times throughout his childhood. This inspiration and first-hand real estate experience - as well as the natural ambition to further his training and develop professionally - have served him well as a member of our team. Thomas strives to find homes for his clients that truly inspire them and fit their needs. When not in class, at work, or at open houses, you can find him enjoying beach town life, supporting our local restaurants and shops.

Elaine Dernoga, REALTOR®, Settlement Coordinator

Elaine Dernoga joined The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2019 as a Settlement Coordinator responsible for the contract-to-closing process for the team. As a result of a successful 20-year career in corporate systems for an international marketing company, Elaine is an expert in process management, quality assurance, and the use of technology to enhance business processes and customer experiences. In the 15 years that Elaine has lived at the beach, she has bought and sold several homes. She applies her extensive corporate background, attention to detail, and client service skills to assist buyers and sellers in the settlement process. In 2020, Elaine earned her REALTOR® license and designation to provide her signature extra level of service to colleagues and clients. 

Turner Hastings, REALTOR®, Buyer's Agent

Turner Hastings is a buyer's agent with The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. A Lewes local, he graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and the University of Delaware, and now makes a home with his wife and two young boys in his hometown. Before beginning his full-time career in real estate, Turner oversaw the operations of a local transportation company and helped renovate a 1914 brick Victorian home into his family’s contemporary B&B, The Savannah Inn, in Historic Lewes. While he enjoyed the challenges of business expansion and management, his favorite aspect of his prior careers was working directly with customers – meeting and greeting out-of-towners. Turner views Sussex County as a wonderful place to live for a family, a retired couple, or a young person just starting out, with something for everyone.

Beth Heid, REALTOR®, Communications Coordinator

Beth has nearly 30 years’ experience in writing, editing, and media and public relations. She joined The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2005 on the sales side but returned to her communications roots to focus on marketing, writing newsletters, and advertising sellers’ listings. A Newark, DE native and proud University of Delaware Blue Hen, Beth spent many summers working and playing in Rehoboth Beach.  She and her husband met while running the fire engines at Funland in 1988 and have since lived in Beaufort (SC), Las Vegas and Baltimore. After the first of their three children was born in 2001, she and her husband returned to Lewes to enjoy a slower-paced lifestyle and of course – the beach!

Erin Lee, REALTOR®, Buyer's Agent

Erin is a buyer's agent for The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. She has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007, and her hard work and perseverance have led her to continued success in an ever-changing market. One of her greatest attributes is her dedication to provide the highest possible level of service to her clients. Her extroverted personality allows her to connect with people from all walks of life. Erin has an inherent sense when it comes to identifying her clients' needs, assisting them in realizing and achieving their dreams - whether they are purchasing or selling their homes.  As a tenth-generation Rehoboth Beach native, Erin’s extensive knowledge of the area is paramount to her success in local real estate. Theresa Lewis, REALTOR®, Settlement Coordinator

A Sussex County native, Theresa joined our team in 2015 with a diversified real estate background. In 2000, she started her career in real estate sales, primarily for new construction, in the southern beach towns of Fenwick, Selbyville and Ocean View. Theresa rejoined the real estate world as a Rental Administrator in the busy Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty rental department and then "settled into" a perfect fit as Settlement Coordinator for The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. She loves spending time with her husband and three, adorable sons. We are fortunate she balances this time with The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group to share her stellar organizational skills, personal commitment to excellent customer service, and all-around approachable personality to facilitate a sometimes complex time for clients.

Will Makowski, REALTOR®, Buyer's Agent

Will Makowski joined the team officially in 2020 but has been a longtime member of The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group family. Will grew up in-town Lewes in a real estate/builder family himself, and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and University of Delaware’s Business Program. He earned his real estate license in 2013 and began his career in the Bethany area. Since then Will has sold nearly $100M in real estate throughout the area and prides himself on knowing the market and new communities. This experience, along with his extensive familiarity with Lewes and all of the beaches in between, gives Will's clients a great local resource for their Coastal Delaware real estate search.  

Cyndi Myers, REALTOR® & Administrator

Cyndi Myers joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2007. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate business, she very capably and patiently assists real estate clients, and works in an administrative capacity directly for Lee Ann. Her demeanor and skill are invaluable in finalizing many details of the sales transaction and providing a seamless experience. David Plivelich, REALTOR®, Buyer's Agent

David Plivilech joined the team in 2016 and has several years' experience as a local REALTOR. David embarked on his real estate voyage after a 30+ year career as a store manager for Safeway, Inc., in the Virginia, Maryland and Delaware areas. Excited to have launched a second career in real estate, David builds upon his love of working in customer service and meeting new clients by striving to help them achieve their goals of home ownership. He loves matching clients with new homes, and he and his family have lived in historic homes both in Baltimore and here in Lewes. Having grown up in an Air Force family, David is highly familiar with moving and the joys of finding the right home! He and his wife, Robin, have two sons; one owns local company Plivelich Lawn and Landscaping, Inc., and the other graduated from Virginia Tech. David quickly became an active part of the Lewes and Delaware beach community with support of charitable causes, including breast cancer and prostate cancer research and Habitat for Humanity.

Mark Robinson, REALTOR®, Buyer's Agent

Mark Robinson is a buyer’s agent with the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. A Washington, DC native, Mark moved to Lewes in 2007, having spent many years vacationing in the area. He has always worked in a customer service-­related field, including his last position as a client services manager at a strategic communications company. Glowing recommendations from clients demonstrate his success in fulfilling our customer service mission.  In his spare time, Mark enjoys driving his vintage car, a 1959 Cadillac, which he shows at local cruise-ins and enters in the Lewes, Milton, and Rehoboth Beach Christmas parades.

Dawn Singley, Showing Coordinator

Dawn Singley relocated to Lewes, DE from Southern New Jersey in 1999. She joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in January 2007. Dawn has worked in an administrative capacity for several Lewes real estate agencies and offers extensive knowledge of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. She is usually the first friendly voice you hear when calling our office, as she is our receptionist and showing appointment coordinator. Dawn resides in Georgetown, DE with her husband, Darrin.

Erin Stasi, REALTOR®, Listing Coordinator

Delaware beach native Erin Stasi joined The Lee Ann Wilkinson group with years of local real estate know-how and a lifetime of Sussex County and Delaware beach experience. Erin lived in the Baltimore area during college, graduating from Towson University with a degree in Mass Communications and a focus on Journalism, and electronic media and film. She earned her real estate license in 2012. As a key part of our Listing Department team, Erin applies her eye for visual media and marketing to give sellers’ properties a great advantage in our local real estate landscape. When she’s not behind the camera for The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group, Erin enjoys her dogs, art, theater, travel and our fabulous beach community.

Billie Wilkinson, Administrative Assistant

Billie is a Lewes native and Lee Ann's second-oldest daughter. She's been an integral part of The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group for most of her life, both in the office and as our resident design/culinary consultant. Billie provides her friendly office support and eye for detail that help The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group maintain an extra level of service for our customers. Additionally, Billie keeps local communities updated on real estate market activity with postcards and mailings. Billie lives in Lewes with the apple of her eye, Sam (Lee Ann's first grandchild), and her wonderful boyfriend Cory. If you need advice on the best local restaurants, just ask Billie!

Taylor Wilkinson-Corea, Listing Coordinator

As Lee Ann's oldest daughter, Taylor is a Lewes native and has essentially worked in the real estate profession her entire life. She earned a degree in elementary education from Manhattan College, New York, and returned to Lewes to earn her real estate license in 2005. Taylor experienced a different perspective on the Atlantic Ocean while living in Miami Beach for several years, and returned to the family business and great hometown atmosphere of Lewes.  She is extremely familiar with the Delaware beaches and works to make sure sellers' properties get quick exposure in the Multiple Listing Service. Taylor, her husband Sean, and her adorable sons enjoy free time in Lewes’ walkable downtown playgrounds, parks and beaches.

Lucy Wilkinson, REALTOR®, Listing Manager

Lucy has a key role in the Group's listing and marketing department, enhancing and ensuring our attention to every listing detail. As the fourth of Lee Ann's four daughters, Lucy grew up in the real estate business; and her six+ years at Schell Brothers, a premier Coastal Delaware builder, broadened and honed her knowledge of the construction industry to include new home sales, design, and most importantly, stellar customer service. She graduated from Lynn University in Florida, and as it did for so many of us, the draw of Delaware's coastal beauty brought her home. Lucy is goal-oriented, and the successful representation of our sellers' homes is her primary goal. As a Lewes native and local homeowner herself, Lucy enjoys the best of our beach lifestyle - from local music, restaurants, and running events, to football Sundays at home with family and friends. 

Kathy Wilson, REALTOR, Buyer's Agent

Kathy Wilson is a buyer’s agent with The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group.  After working for W.L. Gore & Associates in Elkton, MD for 25 years, she moved to the Lewes area with her husband and two children in 2005.  She began working in new construction home sales until 2009 when she transitioned into a licensed REALTOR ® role.  She takes pride in providing her clients professional service and support with a personal touch.  Kathy knows the importance of effective communication, knowledge of the area and willingness to evolve in our ever changing market.
