Just In: Fall Newsletter - with Updates Already!

Just in time for relaxing Thanksgiving Break reading…The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group Fall 2017 newsletter has hit the streets! We mail our newsletter to Lewes residents twice each year. And with such a busy fall, between sending it to print and actual mailing, we already have a few updates to share, too.

You can read the entire newsletter here.

Inside, you’ll see the latest on what’s driving the beach real estate market, a look at the sale price of one property 3 times since 2005, as well as a look at properties currently for sale in Lewes and the prices of a handful of those recently sold.

Updates since printing (just a little over a week ago!):

  • Our “homes sold to date” tally is up from 302 to 313
  • 421 W. Third Street (MLS 717558), the unit on the left, is now offered at $809,900

The following homes are now Under Contract:

  • 1603 Cedar Street
  • 103 Shipcarpenter Street
  • 8 Newark Avenue
  • 43 Harborview Road
  • 33125 Dorchester Street

This newsletter is one way we share Coastal Delaware real estate market trends with you. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions about the market in general or on a particular property – whether you are buying or selling. Thanks for taking the time to read it!

Wishing all our local and out-of-state clients and friends a safe and very Happy Thanksgiving!

New Chapter for the "Old" Lewes Library

For each fall newsletter, as we look ahead to changing seasons and a new year, my team at The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group also looks to the past. We take stock of the past season’s activity (“Homes that Sold”), consider the market’s historical trends from other years (“A Look at the Market”), and provide a context for what the next season of real estate activity may bring (“Lewes Homes for Sale”). We feel extremely fortunate, as we do this year, when we have to catch our collective breath to prepare this newsletter because it’s been so busy! Either way, this look at “real estate history” helps us advise our homebuyers and sellers going forward into the New Year.

We hope you enjoy our latest newsletter! If you didn't already know, we also have information about the new chapter slated for the 'old' Lewes Library building - the Lewes History Museum!
