Breaking Lewes Real Estate News!

The Lewes Board of Adjustment met November 19, 2013 and approved a nine-unit townhouse construction project for the corner of Savannah and Angler’s Roads.  Evergreene Companies Inc. owns the property (formerly the site of the Henlopen Motel) and plans to construct two buildings that will house the nine townhomes.   Lee Ann Wilkinson attended the meeting and spoke in support of the plan.

The Board considered another proposed project, developed by Cliff Diver, at 402 Savannah Road - the site of the U.S. Post Office annex; however, it requested more information before approval.

Combined, both projects will bring 17 new townhome opportunities to Lewes east of the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal.

We expect brisk interest in the projects and encourage interested buyers to call our offices (302.645.6664) as soon as possible for more information!

What our customers think...

From Zillow:

I had the pleasure of having Mark Robinson as my real estate agent from The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. What a pleasure. We received an immediate response from Mark on everyone of our many questions about the Lewes area when trying to locate a vacation home. Mark is experienced and knows the area and was a wonderful asset to have. We found the perfect vacation home with the Mark's help in a very short amount of time. Mark was on-top and on time for every detail from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally. Mark is a seasoned professional and and a true asset to The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group. Mark also went above and beyond with assistance after the sale and closing of our home by suggesting many quality businesses in the area for us to work with. Everyone of his recommendations turned out well. We are very satisfied. Thank-you Mark.
